If you are travelling by taxi, just tell the driver “Grand Hyatt Dubai.” Taxis are easy to find and reliable, while Careem and Uber are also available across the city.
If you prefer public transport, the nearest Dubai Metro station is Dubai Healthcare City on the Green Line, located just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the hotel.

No. PlanX is a two-day event and tickets cover the full two days only. Single-day passes are not available.
We currently offer two ticket options, each with its own level of access, perks, and networking opportunities.

Yes, ticket transfers are permitted up to 48 hours before the event. After that window, transfers are no longer possible.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person within the 48-hour transfer window. We recommend reviewing this policy before completing your purchase.

Your ticket badge must be collected in person and cannot be shared or picked up by someone else. You will need to present a valid photo ID when collecting it.
